Paint Correction & Paint Enhancement
Essentially paint correction is the process in witch we remove thin layers of the vehicles clear coat using abrasives submerged in liquid to scratch away defects on the surface. Clear coat is a relatively fragile and thin layer that protects the vehicles paint. This process does come at a cost of the thickness of the clear coat. Typically the removal of surface level scratches and swirl marks is a paint enhancement. We like to think enhancement is more about preservation rather than perfection. When a more aggressive approach is applied, going after deep isolated scratches, etching, oxidation, and even other paint correction based mistakes the more clear coat is removed. Two Step Paint Correction
The First stage is an aggressive's cutting compound used to level out all the deep scratches , etchings, oxidation, and swirl marks. Once the imperfections on the clear coat have been cut out, we follow up with a polish. Leaving your vehicle with a ultra glossy shinny finish that will have your vehicle looking better than the day you bought it.
